  1. Reduction from 2 years experience to one year experience to meet eligibility experience;
  2.  Quicker  processing times, especially  Specialist Skills Pathway
  3. All occupations on a 482 visa can apply for 186 (Employer Nominated Sponosrship) after two years on a 482 working  with one or more employer, with time working with first sponsor  credited to the two years when the 482 visa holder transfers their nomination t a new sponsor. 

 

2. Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Visa (Subclass 186)
