Spain

23 November 2014, marked the commencement of the new Work and Holiday visa arrangements for nationals of Spain and Australia. The arrangement allows for 500 young adults who meet the visa criteria to enjoy up to 12 months in Australia to study or undertake short term work.

Israel

A new Work and Holiday Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Australia and Israel on 22 October 2014. Soon young adults, aged 18–30 years, from Australia and Israel will be able to experience a once in a lifetime opportunity to play, work and study in each other’s country for up to 12 months. This means young adults, aged 18–30 years, from both countries will soon be able to experience a once in a lifetime opportunity to work and holiday in each other’s country, lasting up to 12 months. There will be 200 places on offer for each country per programme year.
