  1. The business’s financials for the last 12 months. These should be the last available financials, .
  2. Evidence that the business is actively operating – ASIC  registration, organisational chart, etc

  1. Labour Market testing—an ad has to be posted for 28 days on 2 x national reach websites per position. This is required for most countries, with a few exceptions, such as the UK, Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Japan,  Mexico, Thailand, Peru, and Canada.
  2. Position description;
  3. Company organisational chart/structure showing where  the positions fit into the business structure;
  4. Employment contract;
  5. Submission as to why the position is genuine.
  6. Evidence that the applicant will be paid a market-related salary.

  1. The applicant must provide evidence that they have relevant qualifications and have had at least two years of full-time work experience. This will include a CV | reference letters| qualifications, | and evidence of pay.
